- 2 ripe mangos, pits removed, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 small sweet onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, cored, seeded and finely diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Sea salt to taste
Mix together all the ingredients in a small bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.
