I've created a festive charcuterie board with quality cheeses, like Rogue Creamery’s Rogue River Blue, a variety of crackers, and Cosmic Crisp® apples. I have found Cosmic Crisp® apples to be ideal for baking, snacking, entertaining and decorating.⁠ Whether you’re entertaining family or guests this holiday season, everyone is going to love snacking on this beautiful cheese board!

Makes 1 board

Ingredients

• Cheeses

  • Rogue Creamery Blue or Cheddar

  • Goat with herbs or seeded topping

• Fruits & Veggies

• Baby carrots, multi-colored sliced vertically in half

• Mini peppers, sliced in half vertically, seeds and rib removed

• Sliced small cucumbers

• Blackberries, blueberries or raspberries

• Sliced green pears

• Dried and/or fresh figs

• Dried apricots

•  Nuts and Olives

  • Marcona almonds with herbs, etc.

  • Spicy candied pecans

  • Bright green castelvetrano olives or an assorted marinated olive mix

  • Shelled pistachios

  • Gerkins / pickles or marinated vegetables

•  Jams, Jellies, Dips 

  • Red Pepper Jelly

  • Roasted Garlic and Onion Jam

  • Hummus

  • Spicy Honey

  • Spinach & Artichoke Spread
