Culinary Salons

In our New York test kitchen and workspace, we gather the best and brightest of the food world for evenings of conversation and connection. Modeled on the social gatherings held by James Beard at his now famous Beard Foundation house, we welcome our doors to food writers, digital and television producers, authors, and other contributors to American food culture to learn from experts, discuss interesting topics, and taste new and intriguing foods and drinks.

Culinary Salons have featured “Raising American Lamb the Thomas Jefferson Way” with Craig Rogers, “How to Make Milk Punch at Home” with Eamon Rockey, “Drinking French” with David Lebovitz, “The History of Grits” with Erin Byers-Murray, “Weird Produce in America” with Karen Caplan, “Cool Beans” with Joe Yonan, and many more.
