In addition to being TV talent, developing recipes and writing, Chadwick owns and manages a brand consulting practice that collaborates to develop business and product innovations and build strategic relationship networks for food and lifestyle brands. Brands served include California Pizza Kitchen, ConAgra Foods, Food Network, McDonald's, Panera Bread and Coca-Cola.
Chadwick is a James Beard Foundation Journalism judge and organizes the Southern Food Writing Conference and International Biscuit Festival. He also travels frequently around the country to food festivals, conferences and trade shows, making appearances and keeping tabs on emerging food trends. He has a recipe collection titled, "Entertaining with Vegetables" and is working on a book with the same title.
Chadwick has offices in New York City and Atlanta. But, he is most often found on Delta Air Lines headed to the next culinary adventure.
